Puyallup Home & Garden Show

Puyallup Fair & Events Center, 110 9th Ave SW, Puyallup

Fri-Sat 10am-8pm, Sun 10am-5pm. The Puyallup Home & Garden Show is a show designed for homeowners in all stages of remodeling, landscaping & decorating their homes. The show includes hundreds of exhibits with product demonstrations geared to enhance a wide variety of interests. Combining new products & expert advice from the pros, the Puyallup Home Show inspires homeowners with wonderful ideas on enhancing their home’s comfort & functionality, as well as the overall look & appeal of their home. $7 general admission, $6 seniors/military, under 17 free.

Bridgeport Center Bloodmobile

St Clare Hospital Parking Lot, 11315 Bridgeport Way SW, Lakewood

1-7pm.   Support your community by donating blood! Your donation supports local hospitals such as St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood, Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, Tacoma General Hospital & St. Joseph Medical Center, to name a few.

Tacoma RV Show

Tacoma Dome, 2727 E "D" St, Tacoma

Wed-Thurs 11am-8pm, Fri-sat 11am-9pm, Sun 11am-5pm. The Tacoma RV Show is held the first week of January. It showcases over 500 RV's, 350 makes & models & 50 manufacturers in over 8 acres. Motor homes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, campers, tent trailers & vans are all here. This show previews only this year's new models & there is no duplication of product lines. Take advantage of onsite financing, talk to factory representatives or shop the newest in parts, accessories or travel & resort destinations.

Kids ‘n’ Critters Naturefest at Northwest Trek

11610 Trek Dr E, Eatonville

9:30am-3pm.  Break out of the gray & perk up with a trip to Northwest Trek for the Kids ‘n’ Critters Naturefest. For three days Jan. 19 through 21, up to four children 3 - 12 can enter the park for free with each adult paying full price. There’s plenty to keep the kids active from walks outdoors to games & crafts. The park is open from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. with trams leaving at least every 90 minutes beginning at 10:30am. $15 adults, $13.50 seniors, $10  youth (5-12), $7 tots (3&4).

Washington Sportsmen's Show

Puyallup Fair & Events Center, 110 9th Ave SW, Puyallup

Wed-Fri 12pm-8 pm, Sat 10am-8 pm, Sun 10am-4 pm.  Memorable outdoor adventures for 2008 begin indoors at the Washington Sportsmen’s Show. From hunting’s giants to fishing wizards, the best in the national & Northwest outdoors scene will bring a bit of everything to anyone who loves the outdoors. The fairgrounds will be packed with boats, outfitters, seminars, recreational vehicles, field-trial dogs, expert anglers & the world’s keenest hunters.$9 adults, $5 juniors (6-16), under 6 free.

GO Lakewood! Kick-Off Event

Fort Steilacoom Park, 87th Ave SW & Steilacoom Blvd SW, Lakewood

10am-1pm.  A citywide campaign to promote better health & fitness for the New Year! The kick-off event will include a 1 mile walk/run, activities for children & youth, information booths & GO

Tacoma Home & Garden Show

Tacoma Dome, 2727 E "D" St, Tacoma

Wed-Thurs 11am-8pm, Fri-Sat 10am-9pm, Sun 11am-5pm. This year’s show is going to be the largest in its 25-year history.  With over 700 exhibits, product demonstrations, gardening seminars, plant sales, landscaped gardens & floral displays, designer room vignettes, model homes & celebrity speakers. The show is a unique marketplace to shop, compare & save on a total selection of home-related products & services for building, remodeling, gardening & decorating.  $9 adults, $7 seniors (weekdays only 62+), 12 & under free.
