SCORE-Service Corps of Retired Executives - The SCORE South Sound Chapter has assigned three accredited counselors that offer free and confidential advice to potential entrepreneurs and current business owners. Each face-to-face session, usually lasting an hour, includes the elements of a business plan, types of business forms, tax considerations and information required to secure a loan from various lending companies. A counselor will be on campus every Monday from 9am-5pm. Counseling is by appointment only made though the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce located in The Center.
